📋 Description

• Independently develop and assist in designing products for customers and associates • Create, deploy, and support production applications • Collaborate and pair with UX, engineering, and product management to create secure, reliable, scalable software solutions • Document, review, and ensure quality and change control standards are met • Work with the Product Team to make user stories developer-ready, understandable, and testable • Write code or scripts to automate infrastructure, monitoring services, and test cases • Write code or scripts for destructive testing and production resiliency • Perform program configuration, modification, and setup activities on large projects • Configure commercial off-the-shelf solutions to align with business needs • Create dashboards, logging, alerting, and proactive issue responses • Participate in formal and informal learning and experimentation • Collaborate with team members in agile processes and improve team effectiveness • Build partnerships and work collaboratively to meet shared objectives • Support configuration, security, resilience, performance tuning, and production monitoring as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • 1–3 years of relevant software development or engineering experience preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a related field, or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities • Experience programming in Python and at least one object-oriented programming language, Java preferred • Experience developing, integrating, or supporting AI/ML solutions, including machine learning models, generative AI applications, LLMs, or AI-powered services • Experience with AI development frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, LangChain, OpenAI/Azure AI services, or similar technologies • Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries against relational databases • Experience with relational and NoSQL database technologies • Experience with source code management and version control systems, Git preferred • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript frameworks • Experience with cloud computing platforms and cloud-native application development, including Azure, AWS, or GCP • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployment tools • Experience building and supporting microservice-based architectures and APIs • Experience with debugging, monitoring, and root cause analysis techniques • Exposure to AI model evaluation, prompt engineering, model tuning, or MLOps practices • Exposure to security frameworks for user and service authentication and authorization • Experience creating and executing unit, functional, integration, performance, and automated tests • Understanding of software engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, documentation, and agile development methodologies
