📋 Description

• Guide families and clients through initial conversations about in-home, non-medical care • Connect with potential clients primarily by phone, and also through email, chat, and text • Develop, implement, and continuously improve sales playbooks and strategy • Coach and mentor Care Solutions Consultants • Develop and test emerging services or products with marketing and product teams • Deliver early-stage pitches, record client feedback, and identify resonating messages • Navigate ambiguous or complex customer situations independently • Conduct consultative sales conversations and uncover underlying needs and decision drivers • Tailor recommendations to client objectives and company priorities • Update and roll out sales playbooks and new strategies based on customer insights • Collaborate with operations, care coordination, and marketing stakeholders • Identify process gaps and emerging trends and propose improvements to positioning, scripting, and client experience • Synthesize customer insights for sales leadership • Support and coach peers during new product or approach rollouts • Meet or exceed sales metrics, including call volume, talk time, conversion rates, and quality standards • Handle inbound and outbound calls while maintaining quality, empathy, and accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 5+ years of phone-based sales or customer service experience (inbound and outbound) • Experience developing sales strategies • Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment and meet goals • Empathetic communication balancing compassion with confident sales execution • Experience working remotely, managing time effectively, and staying connected to a virtual team • Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services is a strong plus • Evening and weekend availability required

• Variable bonus of $10,000 - $15,000 • Remote work arrangement • Regular schedule with every fourth weekend rotation
