📋 Description

• Own product work end to end and be accountable for outcomes • Partner with business and engineering to define problems, explore solutions, validate concepts, and ship products and features • Stay involved through product launch and iteration • Use Figma Make and Claude Code to prototype and iterate flows and interfaces • Use prototypes as decision-making artifacts with business and engineering partners • Design services across workflows, processes, communications, and digital tools • Use data and user insights to guide UX strategy • Collaborate on patterns, prompts, processes, and knowledge • Participate in studio critiques and team reviews • Apply Honor’s leadership principles to support its mission of improving care for older adults

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in UX and product design • Fluency in using research and quantitative data to inform design and systems thinking • Ability to solve complex problems strategically while balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals • Bias toward action and iterative problem-solving • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to present and pitch design decisions with logic and concision to all organizational levels, including senior leadership • Strong AI-native workflow and informed opinions on using AI to improve design quality, team capacity, and business value • Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, interaction design, and shipped work • Availability during core online collaboration hours: noon–6:00 PM Eastern / 9:00 AM–3:00 PM Pacific
