📋 Description

• Drive sales efforts focused on distribution and market share gain in assigned territories and channels • Create strategic product presentations and lead all retail-facing meetings • Act as a major interface to retail merchants and distributor partners • Manage and report business results, including volume, net sales, profit, and margins • Develop strong product and customer knowledge • Cultivate and maintain revenue-driving business relationships with customers in the designated territory • Manage representatives and distributors as necessary within the network • Provide analysis and direction of assortment strategy in partnership with merchandising teams • Provide market research and client feedback to improve existing products and identify product needs • Work cross-functionally with data management, supply chain, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of active purchase orders and replenishment orders • Interact with and provide strategic updates to key licensed partners • Perform other duties as assigned by the SVP

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English/Spanish • Demonstrated sales experience with major retailers in the Latin America region • Experience in the toys and/or crafts industry is highly preferred • Proven ability to gain new customers • Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy • Strong commercial and analytical skills • Strong managerial, selling, and negotiation skills • Strong presentation and storytelling skills • Highly collaborative mindset • Strong written and oral communication skills • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to handle multiple projects at a given time
