📋 Description

• Execute strategic and operational priorities in partnership with the Brand President • Drive franchisee performance, operational consistency, accountability, and profitability • Lead, coach, and develop the Franchise Business Coach team • Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities, risks, and performance gaps • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Training, Technology, Finance, and other support teams to ensure effective execution of brand initiatives • Lead the rollout and adoption of operational tools, technology, processes, and best practices • Support franchise development, Discovery Days, onboarding, training, and post-launch franchisee success • Build strong relationships with franchisees, vendors, and strategic partners • Reinforce brand standards, operational expectations, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of operations experience at the franchisor/corporate level within a home services franchise system • Painting and/or Roofing franchising experience strongly preferred • 3+ years of franchisor operations leadership experience • Prior experience as a Franchise Business Coach (FBC), working directly with FBCs, or leading an FBC team strongly preferred • Strong strategic, analytical, communication, and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to coach and influence franchise owners to improve revenue, profitability, customer experience, and operational execution • Ability to stand, sit at an office space, see, hear, and understand speech, communicate, lift computer equipment, supplies and materials, and use office equipment and computers
