📋 Description

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and key decision-makers in the UAE market • Conduct outbound prospecting (cold calling, email outreach, social selling) • Deliver personalized product demonstrations and presentations • Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing • Collaborate with sales team to execute strategic sales plans • Maintain CRM records and pipeline status • Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Full-Cycle Sales Experience in B2B SaaS • Track Record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets • Mastery of the entire sales process including prospecting, cold calling, demos, negotiation, and closing • Highly motivated self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset • Fluent in English (written and verbal) • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot); experience with Outreach/SalesLoft is a plus • Collaborative team player able to work with Marketing and Customer Success
