📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery and lifecycle management for OneStream software products and services • Lead technical design and architecture for enterprise applications, platforms, frameworks, integrations, APIs, data models, installation and upgrade experiences, and extensibility patterns • Participate hands-on in architecture reviews, design reviews, code-quality reviews, debugging, customer issue analysis, and resolution of complex technical challenges • Ensure software quality, automated testing, security, performance, maintainability, backward compatibility, upgradeability, and operational readiness • Partner with Product Management to translate business outcomes and customer needs into technical priorities, plans, and releases • Coordinate with Architecture and engineering partners on platform patterns, release compatibility, cloud requirements, and technical direction • Drive engineering practices including source control, branching, peer review, CI/CD, test automation, documentation, telemetry, release governance, and production support readiness • Use customer feedback, support trends, quality signals, telemetry, retrospectives, and postmortems to prioritize reliability improvements • Identify and remove technical, process, and organizational bottlenecks • Drive responsible adoption of AI-assisted development and testing practices • Own roadmap execution, including scope, dependencies, timelines, quality, risks, and measurable outcomes • Communicate technical direction, delivery status, dependencies, trade-offs, and risks to stakeholders • Build, lead, and develop high-performing engineering teams • Coach and mentor engineering managers, technical leaders, and software engineers • Support succession planning, career development, hiring, onboarding, and retention • Promote effective cross-team contribution and reuse across OneStream Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 10+ years of software engineering experience delivering complex enterprise applications or SaaS products • 5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams • Experience delivering production software through multiple release cycles, including planning, development, quality validation, deployment, servicing, and customer support • Strong knowledge of modern software architecture and engineering practices • Knowledge of .NET-based applications, web technologies, APIs, relational data, distributed systems, automated testing, CI/CD, and cloud-hosted deployment patterns • Experience leading technical and organizational changes • Demonstrated ability to partner across Product, Architecture, Quality, Cloud, Support, and Engineering organizations • Experience with enterprise software, Corporate Performance Management, Enterprise Performance Management, financial systems, analytics, or related business applications is preferred • Experience building extensible enterprise applications, platforms, or product portfolios is preferred • Experience with Microsoft Azure, cloud-native services, observability, secure software development, and production operations is preferred • Familiarity with AI/ML integration, AI-assisted software development, modern developer tooling, and automation frameworks is preferred • Experience with enterprise application compatibility, installation, upgrade, release governance, and backward-compatible APIs or data contracts is preferred • Prior OneStream product or platform experience is preferred • Strong technical judgment and systems thinking • Proven ability to lead, scale, and develop high-performing engineering teams • Customer-centric mindset • Ability to connect product strategy, solution architecture, engineering execution, and customer outcomes • Exceptional problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills • Clear, confident communication across technical, business, and executive audiences • Strong collaboration and listening skills • High integrity, sound judgment, and credibility when handling sensitive customer, personnel, security, and delivery matters • Must be legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship
