📋 Description

• Lead development of brand and campaign platforms, translating strategy into extensible ideas across channels and contexts • Activate the Engine brand through integrated campaigns, digital experiences, growth campaigns, product launches, and brand moments • Own projects from brief through delivery, setting creative direction and maintaining a high creative bar • Partner with Brand Strategy to ground creative work in insight, positioning, and strategic intent • Lead and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams and agency partners • Oversee smaller highly creative projects with exceptional ambition and craft • Present creative concepts and campaign platforms to senior stakeholders and executive leadership • Identify opportunities to extend and evolve the Engine brand into new channels, formats, and moments

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in creative direction or integrated marketing • Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking across brand campaigns, digital experiences, and growth creative • Proven track record developing brand and campaign platforms from brief through launch • Strong project leadership; organized, decisive, and able to drive complex creative initiatives • Ability to partner with strategists, designers, copywriters, and producers • Experience leading both large-scale integrated campaigns and focused, craft-driven creative projects • Highly conceptual with a sharp eye for extending ideas across touchpoints, channels, and formats • Confident communication and presentation skills for advocating creative decisions at executive level • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment balancing strategic clarity and creative ambition
