📋 Description

• Introduce prospective customers to Houzz Pro, Houzz's business management platform for home building, remodeling, and design professionals • Build new business opportunities through outbound phone, email, SMS, and social outreach • Engage business owners, uncover business needs, and qualify opportunities for Account Executives • Identify target accounts, engage decision-makers, and generate high-quality meetings • Partner with Account Executives on account strategies and conversion from first touch to closed deal • Personalize interactions to provide a thoughtful, consultative customer experience • Maintain accurate prospect activity and insights in Salesforce • Exceed goals for pipeline generation, qualified meetings, and outbound performance • Develop sales skills through coaching, collaboration, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Permanent resident in one of AZ, FL, GA, MD, MI, NC, NE, NJ, OH, OK, PA, TN, TX, UT, or VA • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Competitive mindset, resilience, coachability, and desire to learn and improve • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM • Strong attention to detail and disciplined CRM management • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment • Ability to navigate objections, think critically, and adapt to different customer needs • Track record of working toward performance goals in a metrics-driven environment
