📋 Description

• Build and execute a personal sales plan to meet annual revenue and growth objectives • Prospect strategically to identify new opportunities • Conduct risk reviews and coverage assessments, uncovering exposures and recommending solutions • Develop and deliver high-quality proposals using Howden’s consultative approach • Collaborate with account managers, claims advocates, and marketing specialists from proposal to renewal • Maintain year-round client relationships through proactive advice and risk advocacy • Partner with carriers to negotiate and place tailored coverage • Build Howden’s community presence through networking, events, and thought leadership • Maintain accurate CRM and reporting records and use data for prioritization and planning • Keep current with emerging risks, market developments, and innovative insurance solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or capability in relationship building, risk advocacy, and entrepreneurial sales • Ability to build and execute a personal sales plan to meet annual revenue and growth objectives • Ability to prospect strategically using centers of influence, referrals, and personal networks • Ability to conduct risk reviews and coverage assessments • Ability to develop and deliver high-quality insurance proposals • Ability to collaborate with account managers, claims advocates, and marketing specialists • Ability to negotiate and place coverage with carriers for complex and unique client needs • Ability to network, participate in events, and contribute thought leadership • Ability to maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting systems • Knowledge of emerging risks, market developments, and innovative insurance solutions
