• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, channel sales, or business development, including 5+ years in a SaaS or technology environment. • Demonstrated success in creating, negotiating, and scaling high-value partnerships that deliver measurable revenue growth. • Proven ability to build and lead partnership programs from the ground up — from strategy through execution. • Leadership experience managing teams or cross-functional initiatives, with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable. • Skilled in contract negotiation, relationship management, and partner enablement with enterprise consulting or reseller organizations. • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable balancing big-picture vision with tactical delivery. • Excellent communicator and collaborator; able to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Product. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or comparable experience required; MBA preferred. • Willing and able to travel up to 10%.
