📋 Description

• Schedule meetings with clients after the sale of Club Caddie software and lead collection of data and information needed to structure purchased systems • Create and manage project plans for each client, detailing tasks required for timely software installation • Lead client communications throughout the software setup process to obtain feedback and approval • Structure Club Caddie software systems according to clients’ needs and specifications using golf course operations knowledge • Train clients on Club Caddie software systems and relevant add-on modules • Create specialized client documents detailing customizations • Manage key deliverables and project milestones • Provide cost and time estimates for additional development work and bill clients for professional services • Work with the Director of Education & Training to ensure training material is delivered to operators • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Prior Club Caddie experience preferred • Bachelor's Degree • Prior experience as an Implementation Specialist or in a related field • Intimate knowledge of golf course operations and golf course management systems • Familiarity with competitors’ software functionality • 3+ years of golf course operation experience • Sound technical knowledge • Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite or related tools • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong written, spoken, non-verbal communication, and presentation skills • Ethics and Values
