📋 Description

• Design, build, and ship native and/or cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android • Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to deliver clean, intuitive user interfaces • Develop and maintain front-end components using React.js • Build scalable back-end RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js, Express, or similar technologies • Prepare the gardening application for App Store and Google Play launch • Improve features, user experience, and performance under real-world usage • Identify and fix bugs to ensure a seamless launch • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, software engineers, and product managers • Perform code reviews and contribute to team documentation • Mentor fellow guild members and maintain engineering excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in full stack development • Strong proficiency in React.js • Demonstrated experience building and shipping mobile applications for iOS and/or Android • Experience using React Native, Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, or similar technologies • Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end tooling • Experience with back-end development using Node.js, Express, or similar • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Excellent communication skills • Willingness and ability to obtain a U.S. Government Public Trust security clearance • Experience publishing to the App Store and Google Play • Experience using Claude Code or similar tools to accelerate quality code development • Experience developing in highly regulated environments • Background in public-facing or commercial applications where user experience was a critical success factor
