📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnership opportunities supporting organizational growth and enterprise priorities • Create partnership strategies driving value for members, providers, and business stakeholders • Assess market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities • Build business cases and strategic recommendations for senior leadership • Serve as primary executive relationship owner for key external partners • Establish partnership success metrics and measurable outcomes • Lead partnership performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives • Analyze financial, operational, and customer-impact data • Develop recommendations to expand and deepen partner relationships • Partner with business leaders to implement and optimize partnership programs • Coordinate resources across multiple teams • Facilitate executive-level discussions and decision-making • Lead complex cross-functional projects involving external organizations • Lead, coach, and develop a team of strategy professionals • Develop presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership • Provide strategic guidance on partnership risks, opportunities, and investment priorities • Represent Humana in external meetings, industry events, and strategic discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 8+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business development, partnership management, healthcare operations, or related fields • 5+ years of leadership experience leading strategic initiatives, programs, or teams • Experience developing and managing external partnerships or enterprise-level business relationships • Strong critical thinking and business acumen • Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels • Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Self-provided internet service with minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
