📋 Description

• Enable cloud technologies to provide optimal performance, continuity, and efficiency in virtualized, on-demand environments • Manage and monitor networks, systems, and applications within cloud software environments • Orchestrate and automate provisioning of cloud resources • Support critical cloud engineering, ETL, Salesforce, AI, security, and DevOps initiatives • Partner across technical teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions • Influence department strategy and determine technical approaches for project components • Work independently with minimal direction on moderately complex to complex issues • Mentor junior associates • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the organization • Support strategic cloud, data engineering, DevOps, and AI initiatives critical to business operations and digital transformation • Partner with stakeholders, solve complex technical challenges, and influence technical direction across multiple platforms • Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience • 5 or more years of technical experience • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • Experience working in a Salesforce environment • Solid foundation of data engineering concepts, ETL, and distributed processing, particularly Databricks and Informatica • Medium programming skills in Python • Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases for Generative AI use cases • Understanding of MLOps and model lifecycle management • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform • Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Copado • Understanding of monitoring, observability, logging, and alerting practices • Knowledge of security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), data privacy, and responsible data governance practices • Experience working with structured and unstructured data • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, or other container orchestration technologies • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams • Experience working in Agile environments • Must have experience and ability to work remote • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
