📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and services • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis through deployment and support • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions • Develop and support front-end and back-end application components • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues while ensuring optimal performance • Perform code reviews and follow established software engineering best practices and coding standards • Create and maintain technical documentation • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement • Support cybersecurity and identity access management initiatives through application development and enhancement efforts • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance quality, efficiency, and user experience • Work closely with engineers, technical leads, architects, and business partners • Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field • 3+ years of software engineering, application development, or related experience • Experience developing both front-end and back-end applications • Experience with JavaScript and modern web development technologies • Experience working within Agile software development environments • Experience with software design, development, testing, and production support • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated home workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
