📋 Description

• Build and operate a venture from zero to one within the Human Agency studio • Set the framework and cadence for evaluating, funding, and scaling ventures across the studio • Run weekly studio syncs and serve as the accountability point across active ventures • Sell the vision to partners, customers, and investors and close deals • Deploy AI and agents as core infrastructure in everything built • Develop products and ventures focused on secure, scalable, human-centered AI strategies • Collaborate with clients and teams across strategy, engineering, design, data, and operations

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a founder, CEO, or product leader who shipped real products • Sales ability and the ability to move people • AI-native builder with experience building with AI • Comfort with ambiguity at every level • Builder-first mindset • Accountability and curiosity • Must be located in the U.S. or Canada
