📋 Description

• Build and operate a venture from zero to one within the Human Agency studio • Set the framework and cadence for evaluating, funding, and scaling ventures across the studio • Run weekly studio syncs and own accountability across active ventures • Sell the vision to partners, customers, and investors and close opportunities • Deploy AI and agents as core infrastructure in ventures • Lead critique and determine whether ventures are working

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a founder, CEO, or product leader who shipped real products • Sales ability and ability to move people • Experience building with AI, not just using it • Comfort with ambiguity at every level • Builder-first mindset, accountability, and curiosity • Ability to build, ship, and iterate without unnecessary process • U.S. applicants must be eligible for full-time employment; Canadian applicants must be able to work as an independent contractor
