📋 Description

• Assist the CTO and Portfolio Leader in setting the SIEM product vision and strategy • Articulate business value and align stakeholders on product direction • Analyze market trends, competitors, pricing, and product roadmap opportunities • Translate ambiguous client needs into innovative product solutions • Create business requirements, epics, user stories, product specifications, and architecture inputs with designers, engineers, and architects • Prioritize features according to product strategy and unmet market needs • Contribute to all product development phases from discovery through launch • Drive and manage the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy • Collaborate with marketing and stakeholders on product launches • Gather customer feedback through direct interaction throughout the product lifecycle • Translate technical information between engineering, senior management, and non-technical stakeholders • Drive strategic initiatives and execution while engaging in detailed implementation work • Produce mockups, wireframes, and prototypes with design and engineering teams • Manage user experience testing and analyze platform usage • Provide product metrics including conversion rate, churn rate, and monthly recurring revenue

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a product management role with past responsibility for SIEM products; bonus for SOAR Products • Demonstrated success driving longer-term vision and strategy that resulted in outperformance • Experience leading product innovation, feature ideation, delivery, and launch • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering products utilizing artificial intelligence tools and technologies, such as Claude or similar • Experience working in an agile development environment using agile development tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create epics and stories for engineering that align engineers with intended outcomes • Experience with products delivered from AWS or other cloud environments • Strong creative and critical thinking abilities • Experience building products for the SMB is a significant benefit
