📋 Description

• Support the execution of change management strategies to drive adoption and minimize resistance during transformation initiatives • Conduct stakeholder assessments, impact analysis, and change readiness assessments • Develop and execute communication plans and content • Conduct training needs analysis and develop training materials • Develop change impact and readiness assessments • Coordinate with global and onshore teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of change artifacts • Contribute to internal capability development, templates, and Change Management best practices • Support ERP and Workday implementations by aligning people, process, and technology change activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, Psychology, Communications, Management, or a related field • 1–3 years of experience in change management, organizational development, consulting, or transformation programs • Hands-on experience supporting change initiatives for technology and ERP implementations, including Oracle, Workday, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or equivalent platforms • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to travel 50% • Familiarity with formal change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR • Consulting or professional services experience
