📋 Description

• Drive growth and expansion in the United States • Identify opportunities and build relationships with US prospects and clients • Establish a strong US market presence • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through negotiation and closing • Use consultative selling to uncover business challenges, quantify potential savings, and demonstrate ROI • Build and optimize scalable sales strategies, outreach frameworks, and best practices • Help scale the SaaS solution internationally

🎯 Requirements

• Experience selling into the US market, working with US-based clients, or substantial exposure to US business culture and buying processes • Fluent in German and English • Native or near-native English proficiency required • Strong sales mindset and ability to win new business • Ability to take ownership of results and thrive in an autonomous environment • Excellent communication skills • Ability to build trust quickly and engage decision-makers • Comfortable selling SaaS solutions • Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot • CV and a 2–3 minute video submission required; applications without a video cannot be considered
