📋 Description

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels in both English and Spanish. • Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the sales team. • Build strong relationships with prospects across North and Latin America. • Research target accounts and tailor outreach based on industry, role, and pain points. • Update and manage CRM tools with accurate data and timely follow-ups. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimise outreach strategies. • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs including outreach volume, meetings booked, and conversion rates.

🎯 Requirements

• **Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)**—you’ll be actively communicating in both languages daily. • 1-2+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role (preferred, not required for junior applicants). • Excellent written communication and phone etiquette. • Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or PipeDrive. • Comfortable working across time zones and remote environments. • Strong organisational skills, resilience, and a self-starter mindset. • Bonus: Experience selling into Latin America or bilingual customer-facing roles.
