📋 Description

• Identify and research ideal target accounts within a defined territory or vertical • Engage B2B prospects through cold outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn • Conduct research and personalise outreach to target accounts and decision-makers • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and buying intent • Use CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive to manage and track leads • Set up meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives • Maintain detailed records of activities and regularly report KPIs to sales leadership • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve messaging and conversion rates

🎯 Requirements

• - **Experience:** 2+ years in B2B Sales, Business Development, Cold Calling, or Outbound Messaging. • - **Ideal Industry Experience:** Tech, IT, SaaS, Marketing, FinTech, Cybersecurity, E-commerce Solutions, or other B2B-focused industries. • - **Tech-Savvy:** Comfortable using CRMs, sales automation tools, and communication platforms. • - **Fluent in English:** Strong verbal and written communication skills. • - **Remote-Ready:** A reliable laptop and stable internet connection are required.
