📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end deployment of global Learning & Development solutions across CMS, GLMS, virtual classroom platforms, Degreed, MTM, and collaboration tools • Oversee pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery • Manage collection sites, sub-sites, pages, evaluation links, reporting requirements, content inventory, archiving, retirement, and annual maintenance • Advise stakeholders on content and deployment standards, naming conventions, tagging, testing, and quality assurance • Partner with ITS, Digital HR, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and support platform enhancements • Consult with stakeholders on deployment processes, standards, and best practices • Serve as primary contact for deployment inquiries, escalations, and operational requirements • Lead large-scale, cross-functional deployment projects from planning through post-launch support • Manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, communications, and progress reporting • Coordinate Train-the-Facilitator, Virtual Classroom, and Instructor-Led Training deployments • Provide platform guidance and technical support to content developers, learning teams, facilitators, and content consumers • Coordinate testing, troubleshooting, technical producer requirements, and implementation of new platforms and enhancements • Coordinate team workload and capacity, chair meetings, prioritize resources, and promote documentation and knowledge sharing • Identify and implement continuous improvements to deployment processes, workflows, consistency, and quality

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in learning deployment, learning technology, learning operations, or a related L&D function • Demonstrated experience leading learning solution deployments across multiple platforms and learning modalities • Experience with Learning Management Systems, content management platforms, virtual classroom technologies, and digital learning tools • Experience managing complex or cross-functional learning deployment projects • Strong technical aptitude and ability to develop expertise across learning technology platforms • Strong project and program management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, deadlines, and dependencies • Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization, and coordination skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to build collaborative relationships across global and cross-functional teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement • Ability to work independently while providing leadership and direction in a collaborative team environment • Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard business hours for global teams and time zones • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, virtual, globally distributed environment • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and service quality
