📋 Description

• Provide overall leadership, direction, and oversight for contract execution • Serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders • Lead project planning, execution, and performance management across multiple concurrent initiatives • Oversee project scope, schedule, quality, risk, staffing, and resource allocation • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to project teams • Develop and deliver executive-level briefings, reports, dashboards, presentations, and contract deliverables • Promote collaboration among stakeholders, project teams, and external partners • Support Agile and SAFe delivery practices and continuous improvement • Lead project kickoff meetings and provide executive oversight for pilots, training, completion reports, and implementation deliverables • Oversee monthly implementation dashboards, program status reports, executive briefing materials, digital health pipeline dashboards, and evaluation plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, Project Management, Communications, or a related field • Eight (8) or more years of professional experience leading federal program management, healthcare transformation, digital health, or technology initiatives supporting Federal Government clients • Three (3) or more years of experience supporting Federal Government agencies • Experience managing complex projects or programs, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and resources • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent projects • Experience serving as the primary point of contact for government clients and project leadership • Experience overseeing project planning, performance management, issue resolution, and contract deliverables • Experience developing and presenting executive-level briefings, strategic recommendations, program status reports, and client-facing deliverables • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate decision-making, and lead multidisciplinary teams • Ability to identify and mitigate program risks, resolve complex issues, and make sound decisions • Preferred: Master's degree in a related field • Preferred: Experience leading digital health, healthcare innovation, artificial intelligence, or healthcare technology programs • Preferred: Experience with strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, organizational change management, or enterprise transformation • Preferred: Experience managing Agile and SAFe delivery teams • Preferred: PMP, PgMP, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, Lean Six Sigma, or comparable certification
