📋 Description

• Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, lessons-learned sessions, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meetings • Conduct planning sessions with the Scrum Master, Client Engagement Manager, and Product Owner to align on the project plan and roadmap • Evaluate sprint and release progress against the project plan • Ensure development teams practice agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and visibility • Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close projects to meet success criteria • Produce project plans, estimates, and deliverables consistent with SDLC methodologies • Monitor and report project status, milestones, and issues • Prepare Effort Estimates and evaluate Estimates to Complete • Assess resource requirements and resolve conflicts with internal business analysts, technical personnel, and management • Define standards for project management documentation, measurements, and reporting • Support project teams with deliverables as necessary • Interface with Aperia Solutions clients regarding project status and issues

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in project management in an Agile environment • Experience delivering technical software solutions using SDLC methodologies supporting Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile models • Familiarity with project management concepts, deliverables, and techniques • Demonstrated experience producing project tracking documentation • Experience in conflict resolution • Process orientation emphasizing measurement and feedback • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask • Demonstrated leadership in motivating teams to high performance • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at business and technical levels • Strong work ethic, commitment, and teamwork • Ability to work independently with little supervision • Ability to work flexible hours, especially during critical project schedules • PMP certification is a plus • BA or BS degree preferred • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test • Position is not eligible for sponsorship
