📋 Description

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of IRT projects, ensuring alignment with clinical trial requirements and regulatory standards • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations and technology specialists, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress to ensure successful project outcomes • Facilitate communication and stakeholder engagement to ensure transparency and address project-related issues promptly • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in IRT technologies to drive innovation and improve project delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in project management within the clinical research industry, specifically related to IRT systems • Prior User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience within IRT systems, including writing/executing UAT test scripts and completing UAT documentation • Vendor management experience • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving project goals and timelines • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in project-related activities • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, project management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
