• Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients within the media, digital advertising, and marketing landscape. • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads. • Pitch advertising solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with their brand and business objectives. • Manage end-to-end sales cycles — from outreach and presentations to negotiations and closing. • Build long-term client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media buying, content) to deliver successful campaigns. • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights. • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
