📋 Description

• Join our team as a foundational senior engineer to help us evolve from a service-oriented squad into a platform team powering secure, global financial services and telecommunications offerings. • We are building the intelligent backbone that powers and protects millions in cross-border transactions, and your expertise will be critical in shaping its future. • Design, build, and optimize high-performance Golang microservices that will serve as the backbone for our new platform. • Automate and enhance our MLOps pipeline using MLflow. • Integrate ML models and business rules directly into our customer verification workflows, moving beyond static configurations to a dynamic, rules-driven system. • Develop scalable ETL pipelines and feature stores to power real-time model inference and complex aggregations for compliance monitoring. • Own and evolve our infrastructure on AWS (EKS, Kafka, SQS, OpenSearch, etc.) with a focus on reliability and incident response.

🎯 Requirements

• A proven track record (4+ years) of designing, building, and shipping production-grade systems in Golang. • Deep experience with cloud-native architectures on AWS (or similar), including container orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS) and managed services (Kafka, SQS). • Strong engineering fundamentals: distributed systems, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and API design. • A passion for solving complex business problems with elegant technical solutions. • You see the "big picture" without losing sight of the critical details. • Excellent communication skills (English B1+) and the ability to guide technical strategy and mentor peers.
