📋 Description
• Precisely triage and resolve support inquiries for our German- and English-speaking customers. • Write and maintain tips, knowledge-base articles, and troubleshooting guides based on resolved support cases. • Deeply understand Copperleaf’s functional capabilities and how they map to your customers’ business processes and strategy. • Manage all support needs end-to-end and be accountable for product-support service delivery. • Act as the liaison between customers and the release team during system upgrades, handling all coordination and rollout tasks. • Lead monthly calls with customers to review performance insights, enhancement requests, and evolving business requirements.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent German is required • Strong business English • Based in Germany or the Netherlands, with the legal right to work in your country of residence • Proficient in Excel • Working level SQL • Familiar with Oracle DB concepts • Familiarity with IT concepts and principles (Windows and Linux servers, networking, REST webservice integrations, databases) • Familiarity with Linux containerisation (bonus)
