📋 Description

• Conduct telephonic outreach to prospective members, including parents, family members, and caregivers • Help prospective members enroll and set up Imagine’s app-based technology • Walk families through downloading the Imagine app and scheduling an enrollment visit • Communicate Imagine services and overcome parent/family objections • Represent Imagine Pediatrics to parents and families of medically complex children • Coordinate with the Local Outreach Team to support outreach to non-engaged and engaged patients • Use reporting and dashboards to prioritize outreach to prospective members • Meet and/or exceed monthly engagement targets

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in an outreach, customer service, or call center environment where an outbound communication role was primarily performed • Bilingual Spanish highly preferred • Ability to work one of the following schedules in Central or Eastern time: 9:00am-5:30pm or 11:00am-7:30pm • Willingness to pivot quickly on priorities in a startup environment • Passion and commitment to creating the world our sickest children deserve • Commitment to building a diverse and values-driven culture
