📋 Description

• Define and execute global partner strategy to leverage alliances and resellers for growth and market expansion • Shape partnership goals and create a structured approach for supporting the customer journey and lifecycle • Establish criteria for selecting, prioritizing, and scaling strategic partners • Lead and direct the channel partnerships team, ensuring clarity of priorities and accountability • Negotiate partner agreements, structure incentive programs, and maximize program ROI • Cultivate relationships with customers, industry leaders, and stakeholders to inform ecosystem value • Drive joint go-to-market activities, co-selling, and account coordination with partners • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure partnerships are compliant, scalable, and integrated • Present partnership strategies, performance metrics, and KPIs to executive leadership • Monitor KPIs and hold partners accountable to performance expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred • 10+ years of experience in channel, alliances, or strategic partnerships within SaaS or enterprise technology • Proven ability to define, scale, and execute partnership strategies that deliver measurable revenue and customer value • Strong track record negotiating agreements and building incentive programs • Executive presence and influencing skills • Experience driving cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success • Data-driven approach to managing partner performance • Bonus: Background in LegalTech or adjacent SaaS industries • Bonus: Hands-on experience with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools • Bonus: History of building tiered partner programs and driving certification adoption • Bonus: Experience running ROI-driven co-marketing and integrated partner campaigns
