📋 Description

• Deliver strategy and operations consulting services in the healthcare supply chain environment • Solve complex healthcare consulting problems • Contribute to project deliverables, firm collateral, and internal methodology development • Develop data analysis methods and derive insights from complex datasets • Create strategic narratives for senior management teams • Build trusting relationships with clients and healthcare and consulting professionals • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop solution paths • Support clients in improving clinical and operational performance through process improvement and technology • Travel extensively, approximately 80% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced consultant in the healthcare environment with a proven track record of solving complex problems • Experience with Strategic Sourcing, Contract Negotiation, Contract Management, and Value Analysis required • Ability to develop trusting customer relationships and focus on customer success • Ability to design and execute data analytics, analyze complex datasets, and create strategic narratives for senior management • Ability to identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions • Familiarity with Clinical Strategic Sourcing, including Physician Preference Items within operating rooms and/or cardiac catheterization labs is a plus • Bachelor's or Master's degree • Able to travel 80% of the time • Authorized to work in the US
