📋 Description

• Manage and service a portfolio of Commercial Lines accounts, ensuring accuracy, coverage adequacy, and seamless renewals • Partner with Producers to prepare proposals, coordinate underwriting, and support new business and renewal strategy • Conduct proactive coverage reviews to identify gaps, cross sell opportunities, and risk management solutions • Process endorsements, certificates, policy changes, audits, and renewals with precision and timeliness • Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders while documenting all activity accurately • Deliver exceptional client service that strengthens long term relationships and supports agency growth

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years Commercial Insurance Account Management experience required • Needs to be able to operate on Eastern Standard Time • Strong professionalism and ethical standards • Consistent follow through on deadlines meetings and client commitments • Experienced in both Personal and Commercial Lines • Ability to offer creative and innovative solutions • Engaged in civic or professional associations • Strong communicator who understands how to align agency resources with client needs • Detail oriented and accountable • Values community involvement and long term client partnerships • Must perform licensed insurance activities
