📋 Description

• Monitor client performance against success metrics and surface trends, risks, and opportunities • Present findings to clients and lead analytics input for QBRs, EBRs, and executive updates • Translate complex data into bespoke narratives aligned with client brand objectives • Build visual stories for Client Services, Sales, and external clients • Direct strategic initiatives, analyses, and client relationships • Scope and lead complex, ambiguous analyses with cross-functional stakeholders • Represent the Data & Analytics team in client and cross-functional meetings • Partner with Client Services, Sales, Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Data Engineering • Support renewals, expansion, client engagement, and business development with data-driven insights • Produce presentations and insight summaries for senior stakeholders • Manage and coach analysts, providing direction, feedback, and career development • Review analytical work for logic, methodology, accuracy, and communication quality • Balance competing priorities, maintain delivery schedules, and drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in quantitative or analytics-focused roles • Direct people-management experience, including performance management and mentorship • Client-facing experience presenting complex data to non-technical audiences • Experience navigating high-stakes or executive-level conversations • Ability to act as a trusted proxy for a senior analytics leader • Background in life sciences analytics • Advanced data analysis and interpretation skills • Ability to independently manage complex analytical projects from scoping through delivery • Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets skills, including advanced formulas, modeling, and structured analytical workflows • Expert-level PowerPoint/Google Slides skills and polished client-ready presentation experience • Working proficiency in SQL strongly preferred • Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Sigma, or similar visualization and analytics platforms • Familiarity with Test vs. Control or Marketing Mix Modeling • Experience with HCP-focused digital marketing or engagement campaigns for pharmaceutical brands • Strong knowledge of Prescription (Rx) and Medical Claims (Dx) data • Experience with AI-powered insights generation and reporting • Agency, media, or healthcare technology vendor experience
