📋 Description

• Greet sold customers and invite them into the F&I office to finalize paperwork • Submit credit applications for pending deals to financial institutions for approval according to management’s guidelines • Strive to obtain the lowest buy-rate for financing, while monitoring penetration quotas necessary for floor plan rate discounts • Maintain current information on extended warranty policy costs and guidelines, insurance rates, and financing buy-rates • Prepare complete paperwork in conformity with local, state, and federal regulations • Collect monies due or verify funds with the accounting office • Maintain required state licenses for selling insurance and extended warranty policies • Train the sales force on preparing customers for F&I • Track completed finance deals, accounting deals, and pending deals • Prepare daily reports of unit totals, gross totals, and F&I profit totals • Maintain the F&I forms library with current and accurate forms • Submit properly documented contracts to lenders and track submission status • Establish and maintain relationships with customers, lenders, and coworkers • Perform other tasks, duties, and training as directed by supervisors

🎯 Requirements

• Prior automotive sales, F&I, or loan officer experience strongly preferred • Excellent verbal, math, and leadership skills; these skills may be tested and evaluated • Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail • Self-motivated and dependable • Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check • Maintain all state licenses required to sell insurance and extended warranty policies
