• Promote and maintain positive client relationships aligned with inecta’s profitability and strategic goals • Manage client expectations and communicate effectively and respectfully with clients • Flag concerns or complaints appropriately and maintain clear expectations • Participate in upselling inecta products to current customers • Execute assigned projects proactively and according to the project plan • Ensure assigned resources complete tasks on schedule and provide timely status updates • Assess and escalate risks appropriately while keeping stakeholders informed • Identify potential project deviations early and take corrective action with guidance • Anticipate and manage budget risks with guidance from senior resources • Manage client change orders and align them with internal stakeholders • Maintain and communicate accurate scope and budget status • Respond promptly to internal and external communications • Maintain consistent communication and follow through on open items • Complete tasks independently and seek clarification when needed • Demonstrate accountability and initiative within scope
• 2 years of college or equivalent work experience • Excellent communication skills; confidence participating in internal and client conversations • Relevant upselling experience is an asset • Self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team • Exposure to project planning or coordination through internships, academic coursework, or junior roles • Familiarity with task tracking and timelines is a strong plus • Demonstrated success handling difficult situations and resolving conflicts • Exposure to tracking hours, budgets, or estimates is preferred • Experience logging time or reviewing/managing scope changes or change orders is a strong plus • Experience maintaining simple project trackers or task logs • Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Smartsheet is preferred • Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively • History of balancing multiple tasks while maintaining strong relationships • Proactive communication and collaboration • Ability to work anywhere in Canada
