📋 Description

• Lead and deliver IT Spend and Staffing Benchmarking engagements with analyst support • Advise C-suite clients on IT Financial Management, cost management, and cost-to-value improvement • Improve benchmarking services through new data representations and enhanced insights • Monitor industry trends and best practices and contribute ideas shaping the benchmarking service • Support Call Advisory, Workshops, and Global Services teams with IT Spend and Staff Benchmark research and analysis • Provide subject-matter expertise and feedback to Research Division and partnering divisions • Design and deliver keynote and other executive presentations • Contribute to benchmarking methodology, mapping standards, and delivery toolsets • Support automation and data infrastructure initiatives • Mentor Research Analysts and review benchmark outputs and client-ready materials • Use AI productivity tools in analysis, research, and writing workflows and share effective practices

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required; business or technology preferred • 5–10+ years of practical experience in IT Cost Benchmarking, IT Financial Management, or Project Management • Experience in project-driven environments • Presentation and facilitation experience demonstrated through prior client-facing engagements • Eligibility to obtain appropriate work authorization for cross-border engagements within North America and globally • Availability for periodic after-hours work to support APAC-based client engagements • Strongly preferred: trusted-advisor relationships with management and C-suite • Strongly preferred: experience leading teams • Strongly preferred: professional certifications in Finance and Accounting, Project Management, Business Analysis, or related disciplines • Strongly preferred: active use of AI productivity tooling such as Claude or Copilot • Assets: MA, MBA, or MSc • Experience with ERP or financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Dynamics • Prior cross-departmental initiative experience • Must be eligible to obtain appropriate work visa for cross-border work within North America and globally • Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish, or German preferred • Knowledge of IT Spend and Staffing Benchmarking methodology, cost frameworks, and peer set construction • Project management of engagement timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations • AI productivity tooling experience with Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT
