📋 Description

• Manage and optimize the full sales pipeline in HubSpot: deal stages, workflows, task automation, reporting, and lead tracking • Drive outbound strategies via email and LinkedIn to build pipeline and boost engagement • Conduct cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) to qualify leads and schedule meetings • Present SaaS product demos and guide prospects through test onboarding • Manage ongoing customer accounts, ensuring smooth adoption and satisfaction • Collaborate with customer success on product discussions and integrate client feedback into sales strategy • Work with marketing and leadership to refine messaging, ICPs, and qualification criteria • Use tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clay (beneficial) for prospect research and outreach • Monitor and optimize sales performance to accelerate deal velocity and reduce friction

🎯 Requirements

• C2-level fluency in German and English (written and spoken) • Strong expertise with HubSpot CRM (pipeline setup, automation, reporting) • Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills • Independent, strategic, and performance-driven mindset • Nice to have: Proven B2B sales experience as a Senior SDR, Sales Representative, Account Manager, customer success, or similar role • Demonstrated success in cold outreach and turning outbound leads into opportunities • Skilled in delivering SaaS demos and onboarding walkthroughs, adapting to diverse stakeholders • Experience with outbound tools: Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay (beneficial)
