📋 Description

• Assist in research and analysis to inform new approaches, ideas, and services • Support senior team members in deck development and strategic points of view on client challenges and marketplace dynamics • Help maintain brand and communications direction for assigned accounts under the guidance of the Vice President, Brand Strategy • Contribute to creating brand strategies and brand briefs across multiple campaigns and activities • Research business problems and analyze the roles of brand, communication, and channels to frame strategic thinking • Support and champion critical brand “reasons-to-believe” across communications • Identify potential opportunities for account growth and share insights with senior team members • Build relationships with internal team members across Creative, Account, and Omnichannel departments • Suggest and track success metrics for campaign projects • Participate in skill development opportunities and seek mentorship from senior team members

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, or communications • Interest in pharmaceutical marketing and communications • Understanding of marketing strategies and multi-platform ecosystems • Excellent research and analytical skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Ability to stay up to date with industry trends and adapt to new challenges
