📋 Description

• Engage healthcare professionals, clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals through outbound calls to deliver approved program and service-related messages • Achieve or exceed program KPIs and performance objectives • Build rapport and foster positive customer relationships through professional interactions • Accurately document and submit daily call activity and customer information in the CRM system • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Maintain a collaborative and professional team environment • Participate in team meetings, department meetings, and training programs • Participate in client-sponsored training sessions and educational activities • Uphold Inizio Engage’s values in all interactions and activities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills • College or Bachelor’s degree preferred • Energetic, self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills • Ability to collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders • Able to prioritize and plan assigned target list coverage • Professionalism, autonomy, and ability to be a team player • Excellent customer service and patient-centric focus • Tech and digital savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office • Fluently bilingual French and English, oral and written, if interacting with HCPs in Quebec
