📋 Description

• Drive product development across multiple initiatives, from new products and feature ideation through launch, iteration, growth, and continuous improvement • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning aligned with company objectives • Partner closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams to define product direction and priorities • Own prioritization decisions using user feedback, product intuition, data, and business context • Translate complex technical concepts and user needs into clear product requirements and execution plans • Maintain a strong product quality bar across user experience, functionality, and execution • Define and monitor key product metrics and use insights to improve decision-making • Work cross-functionally with teams across engineering, growth, BD, operations, and support • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and high ownership expectations

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably working on technical or infrastructure-heavy products • Strong product fundamentals and proven product judgment • Strong technical understanding and experience working closely with highly technical teams, with a solid understanding of finance • High ownership mentality with the ability to independently drive initiatives forward • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving startup environments • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • User-focused with strong attention to product quality and execution standards • Technical background, engineering experience, or a technical degree is a strong plus • Genuine interest in crypto, financial infrastructure, and emerging technologies • Experience in crypto, exchanges, DeFi, fintech, trading systems, or financial products is a strong plus • Experience at high-performing technology companies is also highly valued • Fluent in English • Ideally based in New York or open to relocating.
