📋 Description

• Lead bid management, proposal engineering, and quotation development for ANEMA Motors, VFDs, and drive system solutions • Review customer specifications, technical requirements, and applicable ANSI, NEMA, IEEE, IEC, and CSA standards • Develop technically sound and commercially competitive solutions based on application and system requirements • Support projects from proposal through execution with technical guidance and application expertise • Provide technical support to sales teams and customers across Canada • Collaborate with customers, sales, service teams, and vendors to develop accurate and competitive quotations • Support factory testing, commissioning, and customer start-up activities as required • Manage multiple quotations while meeting quality and delivery expectations • Contribute to proposal development, forecasting, quality management, contract review, and customer consultation

🎯 Requirements

• Electrical Engineering degree, Engineering Technology diploma, or equivalent • Eligible for E.I.T., C.E.T., P.Eng., or P.Tech. (Eng.) designation • 5+ years of experience in mining and other heavy industrial sectors • Experience with industrial equipment applications in mining, oil & gas, and pulp & paper industries preferred • Strong knowledge of motors, VFDs, power systems, switchgear, motor control, and electrical integration • Experience developing or supporting engineered industrial solutions and drive systems • Familiarity with project documentation, including manuals, drawing submittals, and ITPs • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams • Ability to manage competing priorities • Experience with ANEMA Motors and Siemens/Innomotics drive technologies is an asset
