📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for time and attendance, payroll, and other HR solutions, from discovery through go-live, while remaining the client’s trusted point of contact • Facilitate workshops with teams that may sometimes be resistant: simplify complex concepts, build consensus, and provide structure • Challenge client requirements and recommend configurations aligned with best practices • Produce executive-level deliverables that drive decision-making • Advance INNOOVA’s practices through accelerator tools, AI, and knowledge sharing • Advise, influence, and transform clients’ practices beyond simple configuration

🎯 Requirements

• Active listening, the ability to ask probing questions and challenge thinking, emotional intelligence, and political acumen • Experience facilitating workshops and managing complex stakeholders • Ability to produce clear, compelling executive-level deliverables • Resilience in ambitious transformation environments • Knowledge of human capital management (HCM), payroll, or workforce management systems • Experience implementing HR or enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions in a consulting environment • Certification on a recognized HCM platform is an asset and may be sponsored by INNOOVA • Experience in the public or government sector is an asset • Fluency in French and English required • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 5–8 years of significant consulting experience gained at a large firm, consulting firm, or systems integrator • Canadian federal government security clearance required; eligibility will be assessed during the process • Legal authorization to work in Canada required (Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or holder of a valid work permit)
