📋 Description
• Facilitate client workshops to define Workday integration strategy and architecture across HCM and Finance modules. • Design, build, and troubleshoot integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio, from common syncs to complex, customized builds. • Translate technical integration concepts into clear, actionable updates for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Communicate project status through proactive, structured updates that keep clients and internal teams aligned. • Stay hands-on: this leadership role continues to build and does not only manage.
🎯 Requirements
• 3 to 7 years of Workday integration experience (HCM and/or Finance), covering EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio, from standard builds to complex/custom implementations. • Active Workday Integration certification required (non-negotiable). • Proven ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to client stakeholders (technical and non-technical). • Experience in consulting or at a systems integrator, comfortable working in ambiguous and loosely structured client environments. • Bilingualism (French/English) preferred.
