📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • The Software Developer in Test (SDET) is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software applications while ensuring their reliability through robust testing practices. • Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code according to established standards and best practices. • Participating in the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. • Conducting unit testing and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability. • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including system design and API documentation. • Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and automation scripts to validate functionality, performance, and scalability of applications. • Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects, ensuring timely resolution with development teams. • Performing both manual and automated testing as necessary, leveraging appropriate tools and frameworks. • Analyzing test results and providing clear feedback to stakeholders on product quality. • Continuously evaluating and improving testing methodologies, tools, and processes. • Working closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to ensure product requirements are met with proper test coverage. • Staying updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in both software development and software testing.

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree in Computer Science or related program and/or equivalent work experience. • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development, software testing/quality assurance, or a combined role. (C# or Node js) • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and QA processes. • Proficiency in programming languages (C# or Node js), frameworks, and tools relevant to the role. • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
