🎯 Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing, business development, or community engagement role. • Proven track record with digital marketing strategies and campaigns for B2B and B2C clients. • Strong background in community management, relationship building, and partnership development. • Familiarity with the education, training, and facilitation industries. • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and create strategic plans. • English speaking is required, with strong verbal and written communication skills. • Being fluent or having proficiency in Thai is an added advantage. • Experience collaborating with marketing teams to support business goals. • Competency in analyzing performance data to guide business decisions. • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment. • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, understanding its importance in creating an inclusive work environment.
