📋 Description

• Lead Instacart’s AI Solutions Strategy & Planning work end-to-end • Define and execute go-to-market strategy for AI-driven solutions • Develop positioning, pricing frameworks, solution packaging, and retailer onboarding playbooks • Establish cross-functional alignment and governance across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal • Launch pilot programs and experimentation frameworks using retailer feedback and measurable performance metrics • Enable sales teams with AI-specific strategies, materials, and training • Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform product and commercialization decisions • Shape Instacart’s position as a preferred technology partner for grocery retailers

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, product commercialization, or GTM planning • Proven track record defining and executing strategies for emerging offerings and driving measurable market impact • Experience developing GTM strategies for AI-powered products, retailer solutions, or enterprise technology platforms • Deep understanding of AI technologies and ability to translate technical concepts into business value • Expertise in product positioning, pricing frameworks, and solution packaging • Strong analytical capabilities, including modeling, forecasting, and evaluating solution performance • Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence across Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong quantitative skills for opportunity sizing, impact assessment, pricing strategy, and financial outlook • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments • Familiarity with conversational AI, ecommerce analytics, or retail technology applications • Advanced knowledge of AI product monetization models • MBA or advanced degree in business, technology, or a related field (preferred)
