🎯 Requirements
• 3-6 years of experience in executive recruiting research, sourcing, or talent intelligence • Proven track record identifying, evaluating, and engaging senior leadership talent • Hands-on experience with market mapping, competitive intelligence gathering • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one ATS/CRM platform • Exceptional written communication and executive outreach skills • Strong business acumen and understanding of org design
