📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of retail partners with end-to-end ownership as Instacart’s primary strategic contact • Identify growth opportunities, diagnose gaps, and coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, marketing, operations, and strategic finance • Translate platform data and partner performance metrics into strategic narratives and recommendations for retailer leadership • Execute partnership plans with ownership and urgency across multiple workstreams and a dynamic portfolio • Build deep fluency in Instacart’s platform capabilities, growth levers, and operational nuances • Deepen partner relationships at the CEO and Owner level and drive measurable growth outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, business development, or a related client-facing commercial role • Experience managing and growing complex, multi-stakeholder senior-level relationships, including Director, VP, and C-suite contacts • Strong analytical skills and ability to work directly in data to identify trends, surface insights, and build strategic narratives • Proven track record of measurable outcomes such as revenue growth, product adoption, or operational improvements within an account portfolio • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams or resources without direct management authority • Preferred: experience in e-commerce, grocery, retail, or marketplace platforms • Preferred: ability to present executive-level business reviews or strategic roadmaps to senior retail or CPG leadership • Preferred: comfort working in ambiguous, fast-scaling environments • Preferred: experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
